What Are the Chances of Getting a Legendary Product or Another?

It depends on various factors, such as the quality of the key you use or the number of other products in the lootbox. Our profit margin is around 15% depending on the type of lootbox. We use the rest of the funds to purchase products that we then distribute among you. We purchase products using bulk discounts for better prices, allowing us to offer games and products at even higher prices than the key's cost. This situation benefits everyone. For example, game publishers sell more games, we have our profit margin, and you almost always get games at better prices than in regular stores.

I Don't Like the Product I Found in the Lootbox. Can It Be Exchanged?

You have the option to exchange (recycle) the product for a key component. Subsequently, you can create a new key from several key components and thus obtain a different product. The resulting key quality depends on the quality of the product you recycle. For instance, if you open 3 lootboxes and find 3 rare products that you don't like, you can recycle them and obtain 3 rare key components. You can then combine them to get 1 epic key. With an epic key, you have a guarantee to obtain an epic product from any lootbox. Here's the exact breakdown:

What About Warranty?

Naturally, you have a warranty for the functionality and usability of the purchased key. You will also have a warranty for the product you receive, similar to if you bought it. The specific warranty terms differ depending on the type of product. They are different for artworks, electronics, and virtual items/games. In the most common case, if you receive a game, you have a warranty for the functionality of the license key. Once you receive the license code, the game cannot be recycled or returned. For keys used to open our lootboxes, you can request a refund within the legal 14-day period, but only if the key has not been used yet. After that, no returns can be accepted. How Will I Receive the Product?

Once you acquire a product from a lootbox, you have 2 options: either recycle it or keep it. If you choose to keep it, for virtual products, you will receive the product (license key) via email or it will be accessible in your user account.
