Any key can open any lootbox. The higher the quality of the key, the higher quality and more valuable game you will receive. However, you will never receive a worse game than the key's color. If you open a lootbox with an epic key, you are guaranteed to get an epic or legendary game from that lootbox.
How Will You Deliver the Game to Me?
Once you decide to obtain a game that is in your customer account, go to the "My Inventory" page in your account. For the selected game, click the button to claim the prize. The game's license key will be displayed on the page almost immediately, and you will also receive the digital key via email within a few minutes. Activation is performed through the Steam platform, which is not complicated. With the provided instructions, you can handle it without any problems and start playing in a few minutes!
In some cases (e.g., during disputed verification of a previous payment), the delivery might take longer. We will always keep you informed about the progress, both on the website and via email.
How Do I Reinstall the Game?
After activating the game on your account on the Steam platform, it remains active even after uninstallation. You can have the game installed on multiple devices. Simply log in to your account on the respective platform and you can reinstall the game again.
Can I Play on Multiple PCs?
Yes, you can install the game on an unlimited number of devices. Just be aware that you can only play on one of them simultaneously.
How Quickly Will You Deliver the Digital Game Key to Me?
In most cases, the game will arrive at the email address associated with your account immediately or within a few minutes after you "claim" it. However, for some games, we also offer pre-orders, and in such cases, you can "claim" them only upon their release.
In rare instances, our system might flag a previous payment on your account as suspicious. In such cases, a manual payment check will be conducted, and the delivery might take up to 72 hours. Rest assured, we will keep you informed in such cases.
I Opened a Lootbox and Received a Game I Don't Want, What Can I Do?
If you haven't yet claimed the game or received the game or license key, you can "recycle" it, converting it into a key-part. If you have multiple key-parts of the same quality, you can combine them into a complete key and open another lootbox to get a different game.
Imagine you bought 3 common keys and none of the games are appealing to you. You can recycle them all into key-parts and try opening another lootbox with a higher-quality key, guaranteeing you a better game.
You can combine key-parts according to this table:
- Combining 3 common key-parts will get you 1 uncommon key.
- Combining 3 uncommon key-parts will get you 1 rare key.
- Combining 3 rare key-parts will get you 1 epic key.
- Combining 5 epic key-parts will get you 2 epic keys.
- Combining 2 legendary key-parts will get you 6 epic keys.
In What Quality Will I Receive a Key-part When I "Recycle" a Game?
The color/quality of the key-part will be the same as the color/quality of the product you recycle. For example, if you recycle a legendary "orange" game, you will receive a legendary "orange" key-part.
I Have Key-parts of Different Qualities, Can I Combine Them?
No, you can only combine key-parts with the same quality (color).
I "Claimed" the Game, but I Changed My Mind and Don't Want It Anymore. Can I Exchange It?
Unfortunately, this is not possible. Once a digital or license key has been sent/displayed, the game cannot be returned or recycled.
What's the Difference When I Buy a "Random Key" Elsewhere Compared to Your Service?
First and foremost, with us, you won't receive a completely random game; instead, you'll get one from a package located within the given lootbox. So, you'll have a clear idea of what you might get. With the "random keys" from competitors, it's common to receive a worthless game from an unknown publisher, of dubious origin and quality, which might be sold on Steam for, say, €100 (some competitors artificially meet the minimum game value condition this way), which is obviously unjustified except for deceiving customers. You won't find such unethical practices with us.

By combining three such key-parts, you can open another lootbox with a typically higher-quality key, guaranteeing you an even better game. As far as we know, with competitors, once you receive the game, there's typically no way to transform it otherwise.

How Can I Pay with You?

At lootme.cz, we exclusively sell digital game keys. Therefore, we do not physically ship games, and delivery is strictly digital.

I Waited a Few Minutes, But the Game Hasn't Arrived in My Email Yet, What Should I Do?
Check your spam folder to ensure that the code hasn't landed there. Additionally, you can find the game key by logging into the website and accessing your profile in the "My Inventory" section.
However, in some cases, when our system flags your transaction as suspicious, we need to manually verify your payment and confirm the transaction to receive the game. This verification usually takes place within the next day but might take up to 72 hours. If you still cannot locate the key, feel free to contact our customer helpline or email.
The System Won't Let Me "Claim" the Game, What's Wrong?
This is a measure against the abuse of stolen credit cards. If our system suspects your case, your account might not be allowed to "claim" games for a certain period until the account is verified. Try waiting until the next day or contact our customer helpline.
